Most medical practices process enough payment volume to cover their AI subscription costs. However, if your processing volume doesn't cover the full AI fee, we'll cover the difference. That's the great benefit you receive from MedSupport as a valued customer.

Yes, you can continue using your existing payment processor and pay the regular MedSupport AI subscription fees. Funds are typically deposited into your bank account the next business day after processing. For new accounts, there may be a brief hold period for the first few transactions as part of our standard risk management procedures. Once established, you'll receive consistent next-day funding with detailed reporting.
